Information status publications are often designed to provide a quick alerter on a changing area of practice, as a pre-cursor or support to the production of weightier practice standards.
Equally many niche guides and much supporting technical advice produced by the faculties can be found under the broad information-status heading.
Because publications at information level do not carry the regulatory weight of other areas of the RICS Practice Standards programme, it's here that you’ll find more timely technical information produced by a single Faculty, often, in response to a recognised practitioner need.
