The Commercial Property faculty exists to offer technical guidance and support to RICS members involved in all areas of property used for business or leisure purposes.
Asset management has a strong role to play in establishing the vision for an area, and the strategy will aim to show how it can underpin the visions set out in the Sustainable Community Strategy, Local Area Agreement and the Local Development Framework.
This RICS charitable event raises money for LionHeart, the benevolent fund for the RICS, and takes place on 4 November 2008 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
