The latest edition of the RICS newsletter for Chartered Surveyors in the East of England is now out and can be viewed by clicking on the link on the righthand side of this page. 

RICS members have contributed articles on a rural theme as well as other regional news and updates. There is a special double page feature on one hundred year’s of Hertfordshire County Council’s land ownership and some great advice from leading experts on legal property issues and how to write the perfect covering letter.

There is also a special feature looking at one of this year’s RICS East of England Award winners and a look ahead at the RICS International Awards and launch events of next year’s regional awards.

We also find out about the interesting professional and personal life of Norfolk chartered surveyor, Larry Russen, who is taking time out from his work this autumn to share his knowledge with fellow members at two of our regional events.
