Following the launch of the Arbitration Guide at the RICS Rural Mid-session event on 24 April 2008, the RAVNC are holding a Mock Arbitration event to demonstrate how agricultural arbitrations can be a swift and cost effective means of settling issues. 

The event will provide a practical example of how resolution by arbitration can be a less stressful and more economical alternative to reference to the Land Court when the question or difference is clearly defined and the conduct of the arbitration agreed between the parties.

The day will be invaluable for RICS and RAVNC members, affiliate organisations, landlords and tenants.
