This research has three aims: To identify, collect and evaluate new initiatives aimed at raising and retaining the ratio of female surveyors in Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands, South Africa, Sweden, the UK and the US; to set up a virtual seminar/web conference to share experiences; to establish a global network for female surveyors to provide peer support and a contact/information resource for new researchers in the area.
