This presentation will provide an overview of the main types of insurance cover relevant to the construction industry and the risks which they are intended to address.

Sandra will cover the insurance obligations incumbent upon both the contractor and employer under JCT contracts:

· personal injury
· property damage
· Professional Indemnity Insurance
· Contractor's All Risks Insurance

She will look at PII and Contractor's All Risks Insurance in detail and consider Project Insurance and Latent Defects.
