With the spotlight focussed on the quality of expert reports it is essential that all surveyors are able to meet the professional standards required by the courts.
This seminar will introduce the fundamental issues in expert report writing and the requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules.
The preparation of an objective, well-structured and comprehensive expert report is the most important role of an expert witness. A poor-quality report leads to confusion, wasted costs and lost cases and exposes the lack of professionalism of the expert who prepared it.
The RICS and the EWI have designed this programme to cover the most topical and important issues relating to the Expert Witness.
Each speaker will be available to answer your questions and there will be plenty of time for networking with others who are, or may one day be called to be, an expert witness.
