Intangible Asset Valuation
Intangible Asset Valuation, (IAV) has become an increasingly prevalent field within the wider UK property valuation industry. RICS is currently undertaking research in order to assess the scope and operation of this sector in order to help inform future work in this area. 

The research ultimately aims to assess whether this emergent valuation discipline should be embraced by the Real Estate profession. The empirical evidence generated in this study will be used by RICS to better assess the extent to which it should accommodate the emerging field of IAV within its current regulatory structure.
