Neighbour Disputes Service

This service operated by Dispute Resolution Service provides a referral service to surveyors, solicitors and the wider legal profession, who require expert third party assistance with neighbour disputes.

The service offers a fixed price ‘package’ of dispute resolution techniques to deal with various stages and circumstances of a dispute and to avoid litigation.

Parties (or their representatives) can choose any or a combination of the following resolution techniques:

  • An initial evaluation report
  • Conciliation / negotiation
  • Expert Witness Report

A fixed time and pricing structure applies to each stage so that parties are aware of the costs. For more information click on the PDF Download to the right, or on the Word Download NDS precis.
